Unexpectedly Integrating and Adapting the System to
a New Reality

The Covid-19 crisis has forced us to experience radical changes,
unexpected and not part of the basic rules by which we live. Simple
and clear tasks became essential and fundamental, all while a thick
cloud of uncertainty continued to hover from above.
There is no doubt the current academic year will be historic in many
ways. From 10 online courses in a semester to approximately 800
courses in a number of days’ sounds like an impossible task. The
first couple of days were busy, stressful and full of challenges but we
knew what questions to ask, knew what was important and what type
of adjustments were appropriate to implement at the College. The
reality posed a challenge and the College, with great effort, evolved
and thus enabled studies to continue.
The Academic Administration quickly processed the change, service
for students moved to email and phone calls. The schools joined the
