responsibility inherent in its authority.
People, organizations and countries are measured during challenging
periods. Confusion in times of crisis bring the power of humanity to
the surface as well as patterns of reluctant behaviors. We undoubtedly

witnessed a state in which the very fabric of Israeli society was
weakened.
Distrust among citizens soared to dangerous heights, our national-
social resilience was weakened and hope? Our well-known Israeli
hope – where was it?
Thus, the road is challenging but the horizon clear. We, Israel, Nation
of Startup, with diverse human tribes, have always been educated,
like a phoenix rising soaring towards the skies. We will do it again. We
have no doubt that our collective welfare is at stake. Academia in Israel

has a key role to play by taking part in this essential transformation.
Our resilience will be strengthened by new generations of graduates.
We will bring the word of academia to every corner of the country, to
every young man or woman in search of knowledge, we will train our
students to be prepared for the employment market in Israel. We will
offer them a wide range of disciplines taught by the best researchers
and lecturers.

The growing trend in student numbers signals to us the limitations
and also the priorities of young individuals in Israel seek to take part in
our commodity and holding the power to change the Israeli economy.
